The Role

This is an office-first role in Stockholm. As an Accounting Intern / Part-time Accountant, you will support the finance function in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your work will include bookkeeping, invoice processing and expense reporting.

You will also assist in the implementation and migration of a new ERP system.

This is a part-time role, initially up to 10 hours per week. Working hours are flexible but should be consistent week-to-week, with increased availability during critical periods such as month-end and ERP implementation milestones.

To succeed in this role, you are detail-oriented, structured, and operate with strong professional integrity and discretion. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy and reliability.

We are looking for somebody who:

• Is currently studying or has a background in accounting, finance, or a related field

• Has hands-on experience with accounting operations including accounts payable.

• Is highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Is fluent in Swedish and English

• Is a Swedish citizen or a NATO country citizen with a valid work permit for Sweden

• Has experience with Fortnox and/or Microsoft Business Central

• Has experience in fast-moving technology companies or startups
